1. Our Commitment

At Vivtorextrxep, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Nexorin order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund process.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order. After 30 days from the delivery date, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective or was delivered in error.

3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • Opened products may be accepted for return at our discretion — please contact us to confirm eligibility before shipping.
  • Products that have been damaged by misuse or improper storage are not eligible for return.
  • Promotional or free items included with your order are not eligible for independent return.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by email at correspondence@vivtorextrxep.world within the 30-day window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 10% for returns that are not due to our error, particularly for opened products.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window without prior written agreement from us.
  • Items damaged through misuse, accident, or tampering.
  • Items where the original seal has been broken and more than 20% of the product has been consumed (exceptions may apply — contact us).

8. Consumer Rights Under Canadian Law

This policy supplements, and does not limit, your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act of Alberta and other applicable provincial or federal laws. If you believe your statutory rights are not addressed by this policy, please contact us or consult the relevant provincial consumer protection office.
